Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at a full-service digital marketing agency based in Florida. As an integral part of our agency, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving their business growth.
Responsibility
- Successfully manage client relationships, serving as their main point of contact, leading cadence calls, scheduling projects, and ensuring client satisfaction with their business growth.
- Respond promptly to client questions and requests while ensuring that each account operates within scope and budget.
- Proactively monitor customer status, analyze performance, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), escalating when necessary.
- Educate clients, fostering a basic understanding of our services, reports, and digital marketing in general./li>
- Engage with local businesses and community partners to identify collaboration opportunities
- Provide regular campaign updates and ensure that our clients are thrilled with their business growth.
- Take a proactive approach and exercise independent judgment to exceed expectations.
- Maintain a minimum retention rate of 95% and achieve NPS scores of 8 or higher.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with at least 1 year in thought leadership, client-facing, and issue management roles.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role; agency experience is essential.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Thorough understanding of SEO and/or Paid Media (PPC and paid social).
- A trustworthy individual who can handle responsibilities with limited supervision
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and web technologies, with hands-on experience being a plus.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Capable of clearly communicating with individuals at all levels, from assistants to CEOs.
- Must thrive in a remote work environment.

Compensation
