We seek a creative and passionate Social Media Content Intern to join our team and help us
spread our mission far and wide. As a Social Media Content Intern, you will play a vital
role in building our brand presence on various social media platforms and engaging with our
audience.

Responsibilities
- Provide social media services to and on behalf of the marketing team to develop compelling and engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You'll be responsible for creating a mix of written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Support our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and any other platforms we may utilize. You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments, and responding to messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Analyze social media insights and trends to optimize content performance and enhance our online presence.
- Data set commissioning and decommissioning.
- Professionally engage with our team to increase brand awareness and reach. Foster meaningful connections with our online community. Strategize and execute campaigns to attract potential clients, candidates, and partners and promote our unique approach to staffing and consulting.
- Assisting with the creation of reports and analyses.
- Professionally engage with the team to develop an effective social media content strategy. Analyze data and insights to optimize content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor social media analytics regularly to track KPIs.
- Assisting the data warehouse in determining and updating reporting needs.
- Accepts various business-focused projects to identify and engage with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and grow our online network.
- Assist in maintaining a content calendar, campaigns, and promotions by creating content that supports their objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Contribute to the Weibermacht Cares initiative by actively promoting our "Wellness Day" initiative through social media platforms, spreading awareness about our commitment to giving back to caregivers, and showcasing the impact of our donations on caregivers' lives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Passion for Social Media: A strong interest in social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Creativity: A knack for developing innovative and engaging content that connects with diverse audiences.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated: Proactive and able to take initiative while working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Social Media Tools: Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for Giving Back: A genuine interest in our mission to positively impact the lives of caregivers and the community through Weibermacht Cares.
- Studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields: Currently, pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Length of appointment
Flexible with class schedules.
Time commitment
10-20 hours per week, depending on availability.
