We are a growing digital marketing agency searching for a talented individual with a blend of creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for conversion optimization. Our new website needs a thorough review, and we want someone with a fresh perspective who can sprinkle some magic on it!

Responsibilities

  • Website Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of our new website from a design and functionality standpoint.
  • Animation Ideas: Propose unique and engaging animation concepts that can enhance user experience and make our brand stand out.
  • Copy Assessment: Evaluate the website's copy for clarity, persuasiveness, and overall impact. A great line of text can make all the difference!
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Using your marketing mindset, recommend strategies and changes to improve the website's conversion rate.
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Provide actionable feedback and collaborate with our team to ensure the suggested changes align with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Creativity: We're not just looking for any reviewer; we want someone who thinks outside the box.
  • Experience: Proven track record in website review, especially for digital agencies or related fields.
  • Animation Knowledge: While you don't need to be an animator, you should have a good grasp of current animation trends and how they can be incorporated into web design..
  • Copywriting Acumen: Experience evaluating and improving website copy to ensure it's compelling and resonates with the target audience.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • CRO Expertise: Demonstrable experience in conversion rate optimization techniques and strategies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, accepting feedback and iterating on your recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
